Email bounce back problem, an email bounce back error appears when sending emails to someone, but those emails cannot be delivered correctly to recipients for any reason. The bounce rate depends entirely on the quality of the email inbox.
There are two types of bounce rate: low bounce rate and high bounce rate. If your email is clean, confirmed the subscription list with the active subscriber, then it will be a low bounce rate. But if you encountered problems with the administration of the list or if it is a permission-based list, then it will be a high bounce rate. Once your email reaches the recipient at that stage, your email will go through several stages.
Soft Bounce:
The soft bounce problem will appear when you try to send someone an email but receive a notification that the email inbox share has been exceeded or that the recipient's mail server is temporarily unavailable. At that time, your email server will attempt to deliver your email to your server.
Hard Bounce:
A hard bounce can sometimes be a permanent problem since it is basically the remote mail server that tells you that because the user who tried to send by email does not exist on your server, it will not start working soon.

Some common recovery messages received by users:
- Inbox is full
- Email/user account does not exist
- An IP address is blacklisted/blocked
- Gray List / Deferred Message
- Send Limit Exceeded
